Our Board of Trustees provides guidance, oversight, and leadership to ensure our foundation fulfills its mission with integrity, faith, and excellence. Each member brings a wealth of experience, a commitment to service, and a passion for making a positive impact in our community.

Greg Woolard
Greg is a semi-retired business owner and entrepreneur who splits his time between Glennville and St. Simons Island, Georgia. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Agricultural Economics, Greg spent much of his career in the convenience store industry, serving as CEO of his family’s business and leading its growth from 24 to 42 locations before its sale in 2018.
​
Greg is the owner and president of Baldinos USA, home of Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs, which he acquired in 2018 and has since grown to 25 franchise locations. He remains actively involved in the business while also managing a nonprofit organization he founded with his wife, Angie, focused on funding corporate chaplains in the workplace.
​
He has served on numerous boards, including South Georgia Bank, Arc Gaming and Technologies, and the Georgia Association of Convenience Stores, where he served as Chairman. A man of strong faith, Greg also authored the devotional book My God My Stories.
Greg and Angie have been married for 30 years and have one son, Jake. He is most proud of his role as a husband and father.
Angie Woolard
Angie is a respected business leader, investor, and board member who splits her time between Glennville and St. Simons Island, Georgia. Known for her strong faith, leadership, and personable nature, Angie brings both strategic insight and a people-centered approach to every organization she serves.
​
Her professional background includes experience with nationally recognized brands such as Hawaiian Tropic and McDonald’s, as well as 15 years with Clyde’s Market. She is a stockholder and part-owner of Baldinos USA, where she contributes to the company’s continued growth and operational success.
Angie has served in numerous leadership roles, including nine years on the Board of Directors for Southeastern Technical College and four years on the University of the South Parents Council. She is also actively involved in her church and community, reflecting her deep commitment to faith and service.

Angie and her husband Greg, have been married for over 30 years and have one son, Jake. She considers her greatest accomplishments to be her faith, her family, and the impact she makes through serving others.


Becky Dasher Livingston
Becky is a lifelong resident of Southeast Georgia who now resides on St. Simons Island. A woman of deep faith, Becky is passionate about serving others and encouraging generosity rooted in Christ-centered living.
​
She serves as a Relationship Manager and Generosity Ambassador with the National Christian Foundation of Georgia, working with individuals, families, advisors, and charities to inspire faithful giving. Becky brings more than three decades of experience in healthcare law and nonprofit leadership, having practiced law in Statesboro before serving as CEO of a faith-based senior living community for 24 years.
​
Becky is actively involved in ministry and leadership, serving as an ordained Elder and Session Secretary at her church, as well as on several advisory and nonprofit boards. She also leads and participates in initiatives that encourage generosity and stewardship.
​
She is the proud mother of her daughter, Sarah, and considers her life’s work a calling to help others experience the joy of generosity, faith, and service.
Robert E. Knowling, Jr.
Mr. Knowling brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, guiding companies through periods of growth, transformation, and turnaround. He currently serves as Chairman of Eagles Landing Partners, advising senior management and CEOs on strategy and organizational development.
​
Previously, he was CEO of Telwares, the New York City Leadership Academy, SimDesk Technologies, and Covad Communications, leading each organization through major growth initiatives, including an IPO. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Indiana Bell, Ameritech, and U S WEST, overseeing operations, network management, and product development for millions of customers.
​
Knowling serves on several boards, including Stride, Stream, and CECO Environmental, and has been recognized with the Wall Street Project’s Reginald Lewis Trailblazers Award by President Bill Clinton and Reverend Jesse Jackson. He holds a BA in Theology from Wabash College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

He has also been actively involved with the YMCA for more than 20 years and maintains a nationwide speaking schedule.


Charlton Rogers
Charlton is a financial professional committed to helping individuals and businesses build their financial futures. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, he brings a practical and experienced approach to financial services and counseling. Charlton is a consistent Top of the Table qualifier with the Million Dollar Round Table and has achieved Senior NYLIC status with New York Life Insurance Company.
​
He is actively involved in his community, serving with the Glennville Rotary Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Glennville Chamber of Commerce, and on the boards of Glennville Bank and Pinewood Christian Academy. Charlton is also a member of Glennville United Methodist Church.
Charlton and his wife, Anna, reside in Glennville with their three children, and he enjoys supporting his family at their sporting events and spending quality time together.
Matthew Hendley
Matthew serves as a Relationship Manager and Generosity Ambassador with the National Christian Foundation, encouraging families, ministry leaders, and financial advisors across Georgia to embrace the joy of giving. He is passionate about Christian stewardship and facilitates Journey of Generosity retreats to inspire givers in their walk with Christ.
​
Prior to NCF, Matthew taught public high school and spent fifteen years in leadership at the Paul Anderson Youth Home, a faith-based nonprofit serving teenage boys. He is also co-founder of The Ingathering, Inc., a nonprofit focused on biblical stewardship, supporting families, and consulting with other ministries.
​
An ordained minister, Gideon, and Eagle Scout, Matthew is active with Kingdom Advisors, the C12 Board, and Generous Giving’s Circle of Champions. He holds a BS and a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia. Matthew and his wife, Shannon, live on St. Simons Island with their five children and enjoy ministering to couples, leading retreats, and simple living.
